1. What Zeraku is

Zeraku provides free, browser-based online tools including (but not limited to): AI image forensics, image compression, JSON formatting, CSV profiling, audio transcription, photo colorization, color palette extraction, and social media asset generation.

We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time without notice.

2. Who can use Zeraku

You may use Zeraku if:

• ▸You are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you may only use the service with parental consent.
• ▸You agree to these Terms.
• ▸Your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Zeraku for any lawful purpose. You may NOT:

• ▸Use the service to process illegal content or assist in illegal activities
• ▸Attempt to overload, attack, or disrupt our servers (scraping, DoS, etc.)
• ▸Automate requests in bulk via bots or scripts
• ▸Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our software
• ▸Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others
• ▸Transmit malicious code or interfere with the service

4. Your content

You retain all rights to files you process with Zeraku. Because all processing happens in your browser, we never receive, store, or access your files.

By using the service, you represent that you have the right to process the content you upload.

5. Our intellectual property

The Zeraku name, logo, website design, and software are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our written permission.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Zeraku is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• ▸The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• ▸Results (analysis, compression, transcription, etc.) will be accurate or fit for any purpose
• ▸The service will be free from bugs, viruses, or other harmful components

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zeraku and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service.

Some jurisdictions (including Japan's Consumer Contract Act) may not allow certain liability limitations. In those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Third-party links and advertising

Zeraku may display advertising (e.g., via Google AdSense) and contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party sites or advertisements.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page. For material changes, we will provide notice within the service.

Continued use of Zeraku after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
